| Southern Peru Copper Corp. RS11 No. 11 was parked next to the Kansas City Southern engine house at West Yard. The locomotive was originally high-nose Southern Pacific 5725 and then 2905, and was on its way from Morrison-Knudsen in Boise, Idaho to South America. Between June and September 1974 MK rebuilt SP 2905, 2912 and 2934 as SPCC 11-13. This unit had been completed on 29 July. |
