| These cars were parked outside the ICG's McComb Car Shop, which was out of site just to the right of the photo. The building with the sawdust collector on the roof was the Woodworking Shop, while the Locomotive Shop was next to it on the left. The travelling gantry crane next to the Locomotive Shop was used for any work which required lifting. The two decent-looking tracks in the foreground were the main lines between Chicago and New Orleans. |
