| Missouri Pacific U30C 3309 was parked outside the railroad's engine house at Avondale Yard, just west of New Orleans. The locomotive had been built in June 1969 as MP 969, and was subsequently renumbered 10, 3309 and 2974 before being retired in May 1984 and sold for scrap in June 1985. (approximate date) |
