| Kansas City Southern caboose 340 was on train No. 54 as it made its way west across New Orleans over the Norfolk Southern. The train originated at the CSX GENTILLY YARD and an NS yard crew was taking it from the CSX to the KCS. East City Tower had been built around 1950 and closed in 1972. |
