| Illinois Central 4-8-2 2431 was pulling out of UNION STATION in New Orleans with train No. 22, the NORTHERN EXPRESS. It had been built by Lima (6900) in December 1924 and was scrapped in January 1957. The signs on the light pole read LA SALLE ST and HOWARD AVE. |
