V-PEAMEM4-12A was on its way from Pearland, Texas to Memphis, Tennessee while the rebuilt units were on their way from the Wabtec-BNSF interchange at Justin to the BNSF’s nearby ALLIANCE YARD just north of Fort Worth. |
