| Missouri Pacific GP35’s 613 and 642 were with GP7 323 at the Texas Pacific-Missouri Pacific Terminal Railroad of New Orleans’ RACE STREET YARD, underneath the Greater New Orleans Mississippi River Bridge. Just a few years earlier, there was an engine house where the units were parked. The yard was closed in 1983 and quickly removed. (approximate date of photo) |
