Title:
KCS Train No. 91
Description:
Southbound Kansas City Southern coal train No. 91 was rolling by the depot at Siloam Springs, Arkansas. The locomotives on the front were three SD40-2's - KCS 661, BN 7268 and KCS 639 - along with BN C30-7 5109; while the mid-train slaves were KCS SD40-2 675, SD40 607 and SD40-2 681. The coal originated on the BN in Wyoming's Powder River Basin, and the train was delivered to the KCS in Kansas City. No. 91 was headed for Southwestern Electric Power's Welsh Power Plant near Mount Pleasant, Texas, along the railroad's Texas Subdivision.
