Title:  L&N 2-8-2 1527
Description:  A northbound Louisville & Nashville train consisting of J-3 class 2-8-2 1527, an auxiliary water car and a caboose was passing the SCHOEN MORTUARY in the 500-block of Elysian Fields Avenue. The crew had gone on duty at JULIA STREET YARD but there were no cars for the train, so they were running as a caboose hop to GENTILLY YARD for their cars before continuing on to Mobile.
