KCS SD60 756 |
Description: |
Kansas City Southern SD60 756, Norfolk Southern (ex-Conrail) GP38-2 5343 and KCS SD40-2’s 643 and 648 were parked on the New Orleans Public Belt eastbound track near South Carrollton Avenue. The power was taking a train from the NOPB’s COTTON WAREHOUSE YARD - where it had been put together - back to the KCS WEST YARD; but the KCS couldn’t accept it, so the Belt crew had opened up the Burdette Street (right behind the locos) and Prytania Street grade crossings and left the train here. |
