NOPB 4001 and 4004 were originally Norfolk Southern 8750 and 8760, and had been acquired from General Electric in 2018; but all four of these (NOPB 4001-4004) were retired in 2020 when the railroad leased a fleet of GP38-2’s from GATX Corp. |
