KCS No. 53 |
Description: |
The caption on the billboard nicely describes the weather on this beautiful January day! KCS train No. 53, which runs from Dallas to the CSX yard in New Orleans, is parked on the CSX at the Louisa Street grade crossing, about a mile away from its destination. A Norfolk Southern crew has brought the train here fron the KCS-NS connection at Shrewsbury; and when the CSX is ready for the train, they will send a crew to bring it in. |
