Title:  IC SW7 9429
Description:  Illinois Central SW7 9429 was built by EMD in December 1950 and was renumbered 429 in December 1959. It spent most of its life in New Orleans, until it was rebuilt into SW13 1309 in December 1973, and it was sold to the Paducah & Louisville in August 1986.

Title:  LERR (IC) 4-6-2 2037
Description:  Former Illinois Central 4-6-2 2037 was on the Louisiana Eastern at Shiloh, Louisiana shortly after it was sold to the LERR in August 1957. The locomotive was built by Alco’s Schenectady Works (43467) in September 1907 as IC 1045, with 75½-inch drivers for mainline passenger service; and it was one of 68 Pacifics rebuilt by the railroad between July 1941 and May 1943 with 61-inch drivers (as the 2030-2097 series) for light freight service.

Title:  NOPSI 960
Description:  New Orleans Public Service, Inc. NAPOLEON LINE car 960 was on Napoleon Avenue heading towards the Mississippi River and approaching St. Charles Avenue. The car line was replaced by buses on 18 February 1953, and it was the last car line eliminated until operation of the original CANAL LINE ended on 30 May 1964. (exact date unknown)

Title:  NOPSI 957
Description:  New Orleans Public Service, Inc. car 957 was stopped at the end of the MAGAZINE LINE, on Magazine Street at Moquer Lane. (Moquer Lane is on the uptown side of Audubon Park, where the median on Magazine Street ends.) Gasoline-powered buses replaced streetcars here on 11 February 1948, and these were replaced by electric buses on 7 July 1948. Car 957 went to Dallas after the original Canal Street line closed in 1964, but it was subsequently repatriated by the New Orleans Regional Transit Authority for use on the RIVERFRONT LINE and renumbered 457.
