Title:  Ringling 144
Description:  This was car 144 on the 1975 Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey blue train. It was originally New York Central 13-double-bedroom sleeper 10537 ELKHART COUNTY, built by Pullman-Standard as a Plan 4071B car in Lot 6572. It was placed in service on 21 July 1939, withdrawn from Pullman lease on 20 March 1967, and sold to Ringling. The car was photographed in the Illinois Central Gulf's Poydras Yard. At that time, the Ringling cars did not wear any reporting mark.
