Southern Railway Office
This was the Southern Railway's office building at 1205 St. Louis Street in New Orleans. The statue is Central American statesman General Francisco Morazán (1792-1847) and it is on the median of Basin Street. This land was occupied by the tracks leading into the Southern's TERMINAL STATION up until the move to New Orleans Union Passenger Terminal in 1954.
