Wabtec/GE was using recently-remodeled Union Pacific C44ACM 6621 to push new BNSF ET44C4 3721 and Iowa Interstate ES44AC 517 from the Fort Worth assembly plant out to the BNSF interchange a mile and a half away. The photo was taken just north of the plant at the Petty Place grade crossing, one of the access thoroughfares into the nearby Texas Motor Speedway. |

On Saturday morning 16 November 2019 new BNSF ET44C4 3721 and Iowa Interstate ES44AC 517 were out on the Wabtec/GE-BNSF interchange. BNSF 3721 was serial number 66135, built in November 2019 with a weight of 416,000 pounds; while IAIS 517 was serial number 66132, built in September 2019 with a weight of 432,000 pounds. The IAIS locomotive was part of a 3-unit order and all of these would be delivered in primer. |
